About Us
Jeremiah Herbst has enjoyed and been involved with the auction industry from an early age. As a child he would attend auctions with his father and friends. Once he became older, Jeremiah would volunteer to help local auctioneers and organizations with any duty that was needed. Throughout his teens and twenties, he was surrounded by the auction world.
From this experience Jeremiah learned most every aspect of the auction business. Friends and family later convinced him to attend The Missouri Auction School. Once graduating he started assisting local auctioneers with selling, logistical, and administrative duties. Several years later, after gaining a respectful reputation in the industry, he started Herbst’s Auctions. Jeremiah specializes in antique farm / construction machinery and memorabilia. Currently, Sarah Steelman (sister) is the auction manager. Dan & Pat Herbst (parents) perform advertising, logistical, and other related duties.
Jeremiah assists with numerous local non-profits, charities, and community associations for fundraising.
